17th November, 2021 Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (CDTO) Dmytro Senik met with UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation H.E. Reem Al Hashimy.

Both sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations between Ukraine and UAE, as well as prospects for further development between the two countries.

They also discussed bolstering economic cooperation between both countries, noting the importance of holding the fourth session of the Ukraine-UAE Joint Committee in 2022.

Both sides touched upon issues of cooperation in overcoming global challenges, including climate change and environment protection. In this context, Dmytro Senik congratulated the UAE on its winning bid to host the COP28 summit in 2023.
