Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba had a telephone conversation with the EU High Representative, Vice President of the European Commission Josep Borrell.

Dmytro Kuleba informed his counterpart about Russia's destabilizing actions, including the systematic aggravation of the security situation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and in Crimea, Russia's unwillingness to reaffirm its commitment to the ceasefire, increasing its military presence near Ukrainian borders, as well as spreading the disinformation.

Josep Borrell assured Dmytro Kuleba of the EU's continued support to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity: "The European Union is with you".

The EU High Representative also invited Ukraine’s Foreign Minister to take part in the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council on 19 April. The Minister has accepted the invitation.
