November 24, 2023, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Emine Dzhaparova met with Ted Chaiban, Deputy Executive Director of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) for Humanitarian Action and Supply Operations who is on visit to Ukraine.

They focused on the humanitarian response of UNICEF in winter, the planning of child-centric recovery, and the strengthening of donor support for UNICEF programs in Ukraine.

The sides agreed to intensify cooperation on these issues.
