On February 29, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Iryna Borovets held a video conference with the non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Chile to Ukraine Aylin Estrella Joo Liem.

During the meeting Iryna Borovets expressed gratitude to the Chilean side for consistently supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The Deputy Minister also thanked the Ambassador of the Republic of Chile for supporting Ukraine's peace initiatives, in particular, the participation of Chilean representatives in meetings of advisers on the implementation of the Peace Formula and the involvement of Chile in the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children deported to Russia.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of Ukraine-Chile cooperation and the global agenda, deepening of cooperation with the Latin American region, as well as high-level bilateral contacts in the near future.
