On February 14, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mariana Betsa held phone talks with Secretary (Multilateral) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives Ahmed Shiaan.

Mariana Betsa thanked the Maldivian Side for supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The parties discussed ways to deepen cooperation between the two states, both at bilateral and multilateral levels.

Special attention was paid to the coordination of interaction between Ukraine and the Maldives within international organizations to achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting peace.
