The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine announces with deep sadness the death of Anatolii Mykolayovych Shostak, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine.

Anatolii Shostak has worked in various high positions in the system of diplomatic service bodies of Ukraine, in particular, the head of the parliamentary protocol group of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Croatia, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Bosnia and Herzegovina (part-time), the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

The staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expresses its deep and most sincere condolences to the family and friends of Anatolii Mykolayovych in connection with this irreparable loss.
