Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba: "I met with Minister Catherine Colonna. We discussed the importance of taking a step toward Ukraine’s NATO membership in Vilnius and France’s new assistance to bolster Ukraine’s counteroffensive capabilities.
