Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I was pleased to visit Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in Prague and meet with my good friend Jan Lipavsky. I am grateful for Czechia's unwavering support for Ukraine since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion. 

We reaffirmed the strength of our strategic partnership and shared interest in expanding cooperation, particularly in the defense sector. 

I expressed gratitude for the Czech artillery ammunition initiative. We appreciate the efforts to provide more shells this year than the previous one.  

We also coordinated positions ahead of the G7, EU, and NATO summits. I emphasized the importance of increasing sanctions pressure on Russia, advancing Ukraine's EU accession, and ensuring strong decisions at the Hague summit. 

I appreciate Minister Lipavsky’s initiative to restrict the movement of Russian diplomats within the EU. 

I also stressed the importance of facilitating Ukrainian goods' access to EU and other markets in order to bolster Ukraine's wartime economy. 

We separately coordinated our cooperation with international organizations as well as ways to expand humanitarian and cultural cooperation between Ukraine and Czechia. 

I was particularly pleased to meet with representatives of Czech non-governmental organizations that support Ukraine and Ukrainians. A genuine demonstration of solidarity, not only from the government but also from Czech society. This is something we greatly value."
