The armed forces of Ukraine are fighting and will not surrender. We are proud of our defenders.

Today we understand the fundamental scenario of the aggressor state – to siege Kyiv, to terminate the government and the President of Ukraine personally. This is the ultimate goal of Russia.

Only one hour ago the village Antonivka near Kherson and Vorzel was shelled by MRLS. In Antonivka the rockets hit the orphanage and some kids were killed. This is the crime against humanity. In Vorzel the rockets hit the street just near one of the biggest orphanage in Ukraine. At the moment of the strike there were 50 kids inside. There were no casualties.

The main fight occurs at the moment in the direction of Dymer and Ivankiv that are north to Kyiv, Gostomel, Vorzel and Bucha – Russian army is trying to attack, but our army provides a powerful response, few helicopters of the enemy were destroyed, and at least one column of ammunition was destroyed by Javelins.

Kyiv is preparing to defense. All men of Kyiv are invited to join the defense and to arm.

In Chernihiv region our army could stop the attack. At the moment no military actions are held in this direction, but we understand that the enemy is regrouping. Same situation is in Sumy region.

Kharkiv defends and only individual artillery battles are happening. Numerous enemies were destroyed on this direction, there are also prisoners of war from Russian side.

Situation in Melitopol, Eastern Ukraine, is difficult. On one side or the city stands the Russian army, but Ukrainian army does not allow it to proceed to Mariupol.

In Kherson the Russian army will take an attempt to cross Dnipro river, is searching for other ways due to the fact that Andriivski bridge was destroyed to stop them. The army of Ukraine is holding the right bank of the river.

Several air strikes were at night, including in Kyiv in the morning and also in Kharkiv in a second day in a row.

Russian military forces have seized control of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. At this moment the radiation levels have been "exceeded" in a number of places in the area. This poses the threat not only for Ukraine but the entire Europe. We are disappointed by a weak practical response to this fact by the international community.

It is important to mention that a huge amount of disinformation is being distributed in the Internet, and it is understandable that its number will increase permanently.

The next three days will be decisive in terms for Ukraine, region and the entire globe. Thus, your support is crucial.

We welcomed yesterday’s decision to adopt restrictive measures that imposed massive and severe consequences on RF for aggression, including financial, energy, transport sector, dual-use goods as well as expert control and export financing, visa policy, additional listing of RF individuals.

It was a right decision to impose sanctions against Belarus, which is also involved in military invasion to Ukraine.

I also welcome the EU to provide additional political humanitarian, financial, logistical support as well as further strengthening cyber resilience.

But we are disappointed that the EU could not rich consensus on blocking any operations of Russian financial and banking institutions performed using the SWIFT system.

Annalena, Luigi, Peter, Ioannis, you are friends, you are good people. But how can your governments be against SWIFT when we are bleeding and the order you stand for is falling apart because of Russia?

There are also some urgent needs for Ukraine.

As I know, the US supports supply of FIM-92 Stinger to Ukraine. I call upon all member states that have this man-portable air-defense system to transfer them to us immediately.

Blocking or interfering with the operation of satellite navigation systems in the air and at Black sea and Sea of Azov.

Use all space means of the EU and its member-states to block the work of Russian satellite navigation system GLONASS. Jam its signal over the Black sea and Sea of Azov and airspace of Ukraine, as well as on the territory of Belarus.

To cancel the standard procedure of export control off all weaponry and military ammunition.

To give the possibility for UA Military Forces to choose weaponry and military ammunition upon our request.

We call to urgently reduce dependence on Russian nuclear fuel and decommissioning services.

The EU Civil Protection Mechanism to meet the urgent humanitarian needs of citizens and the region affected by a RF military invasion of Ukraine must remain at our full disposal.

Ukraine already made a request; there are some member-states who already positively replied (Croatia, Spain, Germany, Italy and Lithuania).

I express great appreciation to Poland and Slovakia for their readiness to opening hubs for delivering humanitarian and military assistance for Ukraine.

To find immediately proper options for providing UA with gasoline and diesel. Belarus blocks fuel transfer from Baltic States to Ukraine, proper functioning UA military forces depend on uninterrupted delivery gasoline and diesel.

UA needs urgently extra defensive equipment such as anti-tank weapons, air defense systems, including anti-UAV, personal protective equipment.

We are planning to deploy UN peacekeeping mission to Ukraine, but until now, the UNSC has failed to take necessary decisions.

Full embargo on RF oil and gas.

To expel Russian ambassadors worldwide and sever diplomatic relations with Russia.

To ban on flights for any Russian air carriers. I call upon Latvia and Lithuania to consider this request, if whose countries adopt such a decision, it will increase the time of arrival of Russian military aircrafts to the Ukrainian borders.

To immediately remove Russia from UN Security Council.
