On 21 August, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Perebyinis received copies of credentials from Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Pakistan Kanwar Adnan Ahmed Khan.

The Deputy Minister congratulated Kanwar Adnan Ahmed Khan on the beginning of his diplomatic mission to Ukraine.

Yevhen Perebyinis expressed Ukraine’s readiness to activate political and bilateral dialogue, particularly in the trade and economic sphere. Furthermore, he hopes that Pakistan will adopt a more proactive stance on the international stage, supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and countermeasures Russian aggression.

The Ambassador reaffirmed Pakistan's readiness to work actively to further strengthen Ukraine-Pakistan relations.
