Born in 1981 in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Was raised in Kherson Region.
Graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Ukraine, 2003; lawyer) and from the Osgood Hall Law School (Canada, 2009, LLM).
In 2003 joined the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Continued diplomatic career in the Consulate General of Ukraine in Toronto as a consular officer.
In 2009 joined International cooperation department at the Administration of the President of Ukraine, where oversaw international legal as well as various bilateral and multilateral matters.
From 2017 till 2021 worked in Strasbourg (France) as Deputy Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe.
In 2021 returned to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. After a brief period of work as Director for International Organisations transferred to the Office of the President of Ukraine.
In the Office of the President leaded the Directorate of Foreign Policy and Strategic Partnerships.
From June 2023 till December 2024 Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Netherlands.
Since December 2024 – State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
