The interlocutors discussed issues of bilateral cooperation as well as a plan of exchange of visits for 2013. They emphasized the readiness to hold Ukrainian-Palestinian political consultations in Kyiv at the level of deputy foreign ministers.
Ways of further enhancement of the growth of bilateral trade, which for 10 months of 2012 amounted to nearly $ 6 million USD, the Ukrainian export’s constituent of which was 5,5 million USD, were discussed.
Exchanging views on the current situation in the Middle East, the interlocutors expressed concern about further escalation of the armed conflict in Syria, as well as hope for successful completion of the inter-Palestinian reconciliation.
