Special Representative of Ukraine for the Middle East and Africa Hennadii Latii held a meeting with Ambassador of Syria to Ukraine Mohammed Saeed Akil at his request.
The interlocutors discussed some issues of bilateral relations and future prospects for Ukrainian-Syrian cooperation.
The sides also exchanged views on the current situation in Syria and some aspects of the Middle East issues.
