The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine H.E. Andrii Olefirov received the copies of credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine H.E. Mikheil Ukleba.
The Sides noted high dynamics of political dialogue between Ukraine and Georgia, confirmed mutual willingness for further intensification of economic cooperation, including implementation of large-scale energy and transport projects in Georgia and the region.
Special emphasis was made on the EU aspirations of both countries.
During the meeting preparation of key forthcoming bilateral events, including the official visit of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the OSCE Chairman-in-Office H.E. Leonid Kozhara to Georgia and the Eighth Meeting of the Joint Ukrainian-Georgian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation were discussed.
