Leonid Kozhara delivered a speech at the Chatam House

Leonid Kozhara, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE, discussed the steps the Ukrainian Government is prepared to take to ensure further integration with Europe in his speech at the Royal Institute of International Affairs Chatham House on Monday.
The Head of the Ukrainian MFA commented on the likelihood of signing an EU Association Agreement in November, and how this process could impact relations with Russia. Leonid Kozhara also shared the priorities of Ukraine’s OSCE chairmanship in 2013.
The event was attended by the representatives of the British state and political institutions, British experts on Ukraine, and diplomats accredited in Great Britain.
