On February 17, 2012 Special Representative of Ukraine for the Middle East and Africa Yevhen Mykytenko met Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Kyiv Youssef al-Gabandi on his request. 

During the meeting the sides discussed items on Ukrainian-Kuwaiti agenda, cooperation within the framework of international organizations and recent developments in the Middle East.
