The Jordanian Monarch stressed that after his official visit to Ukraine in June 2011 there is a considerable progress in development of the bilateral cooperation in political, economic and humanitarian spheres, the political dialogue was activated at the high and the highest levels.

The King of Jordan described the development of the situation in the region, the efforts of the international community on the establishment of the comprehensive peace between the Palestinian and the Israelis. He expressed concern over the development of the political process in some countries of the Middle East, particularly in neighboring Syria.

At the end of the meeting the King Abdullah II renewed the invitation for the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to visit Jordan during this year.
