During the visit, Foreign Minister of Ukraine will meet with his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu and will hold a second meeting of the Joint Ukrainian-Turkish Strategic Planning Group which is a core element of the Third Meeting of the High Level Strategic Council between Ukraine and Turkey.

In addition, Minister Leonid Kozhara will meet with the Speaker of Grand National Assembly of Turkey (Parliament) Cemil Çiçek and other Turkish high officials.

On June 29, 2013, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Leonid Kozhara will attend opening ceremony of the 22nd Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Istanbul.

Minister Leonid Kozhara will address the parliamentarians of the 57 OSCE member-states on the state of implementation of the priorities of Ukraine’s Chairmanship in the OSCE and on the progress of “Helsinki +40” initiative, which was determined as a key point of this year Assembly Session.

Leonid Kozhara will also meet with U.S. national delegation in the framework of his participation in 22th Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Istanbul.
