During the meeting the parties discussed wide range of bilateral issues. They underlined the necessity to strengthen the dynamics of political dialogue as well as trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

The Ambassador noted the priority of economic component and visa liberalization for Ukrainian citizens in bilateral relations.

Particular attention was paid to the European integration of Ukraine, particularly in the context of preparation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement for the signing during the Vilnius Summit.

Deputy Minister Mayko greeted Ambassador Papadopoulos on the occasion of the commencement of his important mission in Ukraine and wished him every success in diplomatic activities.
