Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara meets with Ukrainian community in Azerbaijan

Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara during his working visit to Azerbaijan took part in the ceremony of laying flowers to the Taras Shevchenko monument in Baku and held a brief meeting with activists of Ukrainian Diaspora organizations – Ukrainian community of Azerbaijan named after T.Shevchenko and the Ukrainian Congress of Azerbaijan.
Foreign Minister informed the representatives of Ukrainian community about the political and socio-economic situation in Ukraine, it’s foreign policy priorities, highlighting the consistent course towards European integration. Special attention was paid to the issue of Ukrainian Diaspora organizations and providing cultural and humanitarian needs of Ukrainians in Azerbaijan.
