On March 15, 2011 Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Kostyantyn Gryshchenko received Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Ukraine Yousef Hussein Al-Ghabbandi.

Ambassador handed over a letter from Prime-Minister of the State of Kuwait Naser As-Sabah to Prime-Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov with greetings and a personal message.

In this regard the Sides expressed their satisfaction with recent intensification of the bilateral ties, particularly the development of political dialogue at high level.

The Sides exchanged views on the current international problems which are of mutual concern and underlined the importance to maintain stability in the Arab states of the Persian Gulf through settlement of all disputes by means of dialogue.
