In the framework of the official visit Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Leonid Kozhara was received by President of the Republic of Slovenia Borut Pahor.

During the meeting the sides expressed mutual interest in further intensification of relations between Kyiv and Ljubljana, discussed wide range of bilateral issues, in particular, with regard to further development of the political dialogue and trade and economic cooperation.

Special attention was paid to the current issues of the European integration in the context of Ukraine’s preparations for the signing of Association Agreement with the EU during the Vilnius Summit of Eastern Partnership in November this year. 

President Borut Pahor has extended an invitation to President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to pay official visit to the Republic of Slovenia together with representative business delegation.
