On February 25, 2011 H.E. Mr. Victor Mayko, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine received H.E. Mr. Borubek Ashirov, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ukraine, who presented copies of his Credentials.

In the course of the meeting the Parties discussed the issues of further development of traditionally friendly relations between Ukraine and the Kyrgyz Republic.

The exchange of views on the perspectives of further development of bilateral co-operation in the trade and economic spheres was also held.

H. E. Mr. Victor Mayko expressed the hope that activities of H.E. Mr. Borubek Ashyrov will contribute to further expansion of relations between Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan and wished him every success in his work.
