Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara meets Latvia's Saeima Speaker Solvita Āboltiņa

During the meeting interparliamentary cooperation between Ukraine and Latvia was discussed and the importance of developing contacts between the legislative bodies of both States was emphasized.
The Minister and the Speaker were unanimous in the opinion that activities of the bilateral groups of inter-parliamentary cooperation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Saeima of Latvia would contribute to further development of the friendly relations between Ukraine and Latvia.
Solvita Āboltiņa reiterated Latvia’s unfailing support of the European aspirations of Ukraine.
