The sides dedicated attention to further development of bilateral cooperation in political, economic and humanitarian areas in the light of implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of the President of the Republic of Latvia Andris Bērziņš to Ukraine in March 2013.

Valdis Dombrovskis reiterated unfailing Latvia’s support of European integration aspirations of Ukraine, in particular, regarding forthcoming signing the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU during the Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius.
