Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara sent a letter to the Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Janez Lenarcic inviting the OSCE/ODIHR to observe the election process during the elections of people’s deputies of Ukraine in 5 single-mandate electoral districts.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Repeat Election of People’s Deputies of Ukraine in Single Mandate Districts №№ 94, 132, 194, 197, 223” (№ 457-VІІ of 5 September 2013), signed by the President of Ukraine V.Yanukovych on 26 September 2013, elections will be held on 15 December 2013.
