During the meeting relevant issues of further development of bilateral relations were discussed. The parties underlined their readiness to strengthen political dialogue as well as trade and economic cooperation.

Special attention was paid to the European integration of Ukraine, particularly in the context of preparation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement for the signing during the Vilnius Summit.

Deputy Minister, Andrii Olefirov, welcomed Ambassador Gerardo Ángel Bugallo Ottone on the occasion of the beginning of his important mission in Ukraine and wished him every success in his diplomatic activities.
