The parties discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation with a special focus on the economic cooperation, in particular the signing of the Free Trade Agreement between Ukraine and Canada.

Deputy Minister Andrii Olefirov informed his counterpart on the progress in implementation of systemic reforms in Ukraine.

Deputy Minister Costello stressed that Canada supports European integration of Ukraine and hopes that the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union will be signed this November in Vilnius.
