The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine H.E. Mr. Leonid Kozhara congratulated the Georgian Minister with the successful presidential elections which had been held on the 27^th of October this year and received the positive assessments from international observers, in particular the ODIHR OSCE.

H.E. Mr. Aleksi Petriashvili underlined the interest of the new leadership of Georgia in comprehensive development of traditionally friendly Ukraine-Georgia relations as well as enhancing active dialogue on the high and highest level.

The importance of “Eastern Partnership” Vilnius Summit in the context of European integration of Kyiv and Tbilisi as well as readiness for further cooperation in this sphere was underlined by both sides.
