The parties discussed the BSEC activity during the Armenian Chairmanship (July – December 2013) and noted the necessity of progress achievement in realization of Memorandum of understanding for the coordinated development of the Black Sea Ring Highway and the initiatives in the spheres of trade, transport and tourism, represented during the Ukrainian Chairmanship (January – June 2013).
