The issues of cooperation between Ukraine and the Council of Europe were discussed.

The main topic of the talks was the rendering the expert assistance to the Ukrainian side aimed at the improvement of legislation in the sphere of the constitutional, judicial and electoral reforms in the framework of the Government of Ukraine Action Plan.

Ukraine's commitments under the European Convention on Human Rights and the Council of Europe’s standards were discussed as well.
