On 6, March the meeting of Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Andrii Olefirov with Foreign Minister of Finland Erkki Tuomioja took place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The internal developments in Ukraine, in particular the situation in Crimea caused by aggressive actions of the Russian Federation with regard to our country were discussed during the meeting.
The parties outlined ways of cooperation between Ukraine and Finland in order to maintain the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, facilitated with the activities of the OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine.
Special attention has been paid to the prospects of European integration of Ukraine.
