On 13 January 2011 Mr. Pavlo Klimkin, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine received Oldrich Andrysek, the newly appointed Regional Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine who handed over his Letter of Presentation.

In the course of the meeting the Parties discussed the topical issues of co-operation of the UNHCR with the Government of Ukraine, including in the framework of the European integration of our country. There was held an exchange of views on the ways and means of strengthening the co-operation in the areas falling within the UNHCR competence.
