During the meeting special attention was paid to the international efforts aimed at settlement of the situation in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Ukraine. In this respect Deputy Minister expressed his gratitude to the Government of Australia for the attention to the recent developments in our country as well as for the strong support of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, especially during consideration of this issue in the UN Security Council. The Ambassador of Australia confirmed that the official Canberra’s position on support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity remains unchanged.
