Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Danylo Lubkivsky met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine Mikheil Ukleba

The sides discussed priority tasks of political dialogue. They stressed the need to intensify bilateral contacts as well as strengthen trade and economic cooperation.
M.Ukleba conveyed support of the Georgian side for the efforts of the Ukrainian government aimed at settlement of the situation concerning annexation of Crimea by Russia. Lubkivsky thanked for the determined position of Georgia on inviolability of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
It was agreed to exchange experience as regards aggressive actions of the Russian Federation.
The sides confirmed their readiness to hold the political consultations at the level of deputy foreign ministers in Kyiv.
