Ukraine is deeply concerned by the fact that on February 12, 2013 Democratic People's Republic of Korea conducted another nuclear test.
Ukraine as the OSCE Chair and a country, which voluntarily refused from its own nuclear arsenal and is constantly adhering to the principles of nuclear non-proliferation, condemns this act of DPRK.
Nuclear test in DPRK could lead to further aggravation of the situation on the Korean peninsula.
Ukraine urges DPRK leadership to stop nuclear tests and immediately renew dialogue with the International Atomic Energy Agency, as well as calls upon the concerned States to do their utmost to resume the Six-Party talks.
