Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed his condolences in connection with the death of Italian journalist Andrea Rocchelli nearby the town of Slaviansk, Donetsk region.

Acting Foreign Minister of Ukraine assured that the Ukrainian side will undertake a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances of the death of an Italian journalist as well as assist the Italian side in issues related to the repatriation of the body of the Italian citizen.

A.Deshchytsia and F.Romano also discussed the current agenda of Ukrainian-Italian relations, particularly as regards further intensification of bilateral political dialogue following the presidential elections in Ukraine.
