On November 22, 2011 H.E. Mr. Viktor Mayko, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine, met with Mr. Julian Fota, Advisor to the President of Romania for National Security.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of security between Ukraine and Romania, including cooperation between Ukraine and NATO, as well as regional security issues.

It was noted that successful development of political dialogue during 2011 creates a favourable atmosphere for intensification of bilateral cooperation at all levels.
