First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Natalia Galibarenko met with Ambassador of the Portuguese Republic to Ukraine Mario Jesus dos Santos because of the Portuguese diplomat working term in Ukraine expiration.
During the meeting, they discussed the critical situation in the East of Ukraine in the context of Russia's aggression against our country.
The Ukrainian side expressed gratitude to Portugal for support of the territorial integrity, sovereignty and inviolability of Ukrainian borders.
In his turn, the Ambassador of Portugal assured the unchanged position of Lisbon to support our country and readiness to deepen mutually beneficial economic cooperation.
