On December 29, 2010 H.E. Mr. Victor Mayko, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine received H.E. Mr. Shukhrat Sultanov, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Ukraine, who presented copies of his Credentials.

In the course of the meeting the Parties discussed the issues of further development of traditionally friendly relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Tajikistan, in particular within the context of the preparation of bilateral high level meetings.

The exchange of views on the perspectives of further development of bilateral co-operation in the trade and economic spheres was also held.
