The parties expressed their concerns regarding the escalation of violence and agreed on the necessity to fully implement the Minsk Protocol as a basis for conflict settlement in Ukraine.

The First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine thanked the Spanish side for the support of Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty as well as for the rendered military and technical assistance to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The interlocutors discussed the schedule of bilateral political contacts for the current year as well as the prospects to sign Agreement on Common Aviation Area between Ukraine and the EU.
