Following the third meeting of the Ukrainian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission, chaired by Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, several bilateral agreements were signed.

In particular, the two Presidents approved the Final Minutes of the third meeting of the Ukrainian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission.

The Ukrainian and Russian Presidents also signed joint statements on improvement of European security system, settlement of the Transnistrian conflict and security in the Black Sea region.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Kostyantyn Hryshchenko and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov signed the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on demarcation of Ukrainian-Russian state border.

Director General of the National Space Agency of Ukraine Yuriy Alekseyev and Director General of the Russian Federal Space Agency Anatoly Perminov signed the Intergovernmental Agreement on cooperation in utilization and development of the Russian global navigation satellite system GLONASS.

Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnyk and Russian Minister of Education and Science Andrey Fursenko signed the Agreement between the two Ministries on primary measures to promote scientific and educational cooperation in 2010-2012.

Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine Mykhailo Kulyniak and Russian Minister of Culture and Tourism Alexander Avdeyev signed the Program of Cooperation between the two Ministries for 2010-2014.

Chairman of the Board of JSC "Ukreximbank" Mykola Udovychenko and VTB Bank President and Chairman of the Management Board Andrei Kostin signed the Agreement on cooperation between the two banks.
