On April 2, 2010 Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleksander Horin met the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine Nurberdy Amanmuradov, who presented copies of his Credentials.

In the course of the meeting the Parties discussed the issues of further development of traditionally friendly relations between Ukraine and Turkmenistan, in particular within the context of the preparation of bilateral high level meetings.

There was exchange of views on the perspectives of further development of bilateral co-operation in the trade and economic spheres.
