Nataliia Galibarenko has expressed gratitude to the Government of Japan for support of territorial integrity of Ukraine and substantial financial assistance of Japan granted to our country.
The counterparts highly appreciated the actual status of Ukraine-Japan relations and agreed that the entry into force of the Bilateral Investment Treaty signed between Ukraine and Japan on February 5 this year, will contribute to broader attraction of private investments into the Ukrainian economy.
Both sides also discussed the preparation to the G7 Summit to be held on June 7-8 in Germany. Yasumasa Nagamine has developed the Japanese side’s position on this matter as a personal representative of the Prime Minister of Japan in charge of Ukraine support and G7 Sherpa.
