On 23 August 2016, Ambassador of Egypt to Ukraine Mr. Hossam Eldeen M. Aly presented copies of his credentials to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for the European Integration Ms. Olena Zerkal.

During the meeting the sides discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation. The parties noted the importance of further deepening Ukrainian-Egyptian relations, particularly in political, legal, trade and economic spheres.
