On September 15, 2011 Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin received copies of Credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to Ukraine Christian Schoenenberger

The current Ukrainian - Swiss relations and bilateral cooperation prospects have been discussed during the meeting.

The Parties admitted the importance of further development of cooperation in the sphere of trade and energy investment.

Deputy Foreign Minister Klimkin congratulated Ambassador Schoenenberger with the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Ukraine and wished success in his endeavours.
