During the meeting the participants exchanged views on the current state and perspectives of implementation of Ukraine’s foreign policy priorities, on further support of systemwide social and economic reforms in our country by international partners, as well as development of bilateral relations.

Special attention was paid to the improvement of the business climate and creating favorable conditions for attracting foreign investments into the Ukrainian economy.

The key issues of the EU-Ukraine agenda were discussed, such as finalization of the negotiating process on the Association agreement between Ukraine and the EU, including deep and comprehensive free trade area, as well as visa-free dialogue.

The Ambassadors were briefed on the main activities of the Ukrainian Chairmanship in the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe that lasts from May till November 2011.
