On July 5, 2019 Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Sergiy Kyslytsya received Director General for European Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand Mr. Sasiwat Wongsinsawat who arrived in Kyiv to take part in the next round of Consultations between foreign ministries of both countries.
In the course of the meeting, the Sides discussed the prospects of the further development of Ukraine-Thai cooperation, in particular, necessity to strengthen the interaction within the framework of international organizations, having inaugural meeting of joint mechanisms for cooperation as well as expansion of the legal base.
In this regard, the Deputy Minister emphasized Ukrainian Side’s interest in soonest conclusion of the work on draft Agreement between Ukraine and the Kingdom of Thailand on Transfer of Sentenced Persons.
