On September 26, 2019, the 34th Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development (GUAM) was held on the sidelines of the 74th Session of the UN General Assembly, New York.
The officials discussed the action plan and the priorities of the Ukrainian GUAM presidency in 2019. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim Prystayko chaired the Meeting.

The participants also discussed the challenges and security threats in the region and coordinated further priority steps to increase the effectiveness of the Organization and strengthen its role in the international arena.
