On 14 October 2019, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko will pay a working visit to Brussels (Kingdom of Belgium) and Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
In the framework of the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Luxembourg, the Minister will take part in the foreign ministers meeting in the format “Ukraine + Friends of Ukraine in the EU” upon the invitation of High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini as well as ministers for foreign affairs of the EU Member States.
Vadym Prystaiko will brief partners on the implementation of comprehensive reforms in Ukraine, security situation in Donbas and preparations for the Normandy format summit.
In Brussels the Head of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine will take part in a meeting of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs. The key topic of the meeting will be situation in the east of our country in the context of the Russian aggression and efforts of the Ukrainian side to implement the Minsk agreements.
During the visit, Vadym Prystaiko will also hold a series of bilateral meetings with EU foreign ministers and senior officials of the EU institutions.
